I wanted to send a word of encouragement to you today to remind you that transformation may be uncomfortable but it is essential to gain great rewards.
Transition will lead you to a higher calling in life; reveal your true purpose, and Invoke promotion.
Transition is tough. Transition means God is trying to “transform” or bring about a change in you. It may even seem like you’re being punished by God for some unknown reason when you are being tested. Nothing could be further from the mind of God.
Let me encourage you that whatever the creator allows in your life was tested beforehand. God sees your potential and wants to perfect it into purpose. He does not want us to fail, however he knows we need to grow in faith. Therefore some of our transition stages will be challenging.
What does Transition Look Like? “Metamorphosis”
During the process of transition you may experience stress, pressure, uneasiness and discomfort. Why is transition so difficult? It is because you are changing into a better version of yourself.
You are becoming more equipped for your soul’s mission. In other words you are growing, learning, maturing, adapting and gaining better temperament.
Just for a moment think about nature and how the caterpillar becomes the butterfly, the tadpole becomes a frog and a clam produces a pearl.
Each process I just named involves difficulty; however nature must take its course. If the process is interrupted because you jump ship, bail out or give up to soon, you will not develop into the person God intends for you to be.
People on the outside looking in can see that you are transitioning and they may even tell you that you are changing. It’s kind of like if we were able to observe a tadpole in a lab transform, we would see the actual metamorphosis happen. Likewise there are people that see your growth and development even when you don’t notice it yourself
When nature is allowed to complete its work, the transformation is stunning, captivating and beautiful. We know there was a price attached, however look at the phenomenal results acquired.
Tip:
“Perspective” Focus on your “not yet” instead of your “right now” you are developing and need to see yourself as you will be in the future. Faith teaches us to look ahead, have hope, believe and TRUST God in all Circumstances.
Just remember you have been through worse situations and yet you are still here. You’re actually becoming stronger, wiser and more resilient in the transition process. How you may ask? It’s like a light bulb moment; or an AHA awakening. It happens when you realize what you are experiencing is actually preparing you for greater rewards and higher accomplishments.
When we adjust our perspective we’ll start appreciating the qualities, character and modifications that are in the works. We begin to realize and embrace our strengths. As we pay more attention to this process, we can see the hidden talents that were submerged begin to emerge.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Transformation is the gateway to abundance, raises, new beginnings, debts and mortgages paid off, healing, better relationships and more fulfillment out of life. The list goes on and on of amazing results after transformation.
Expect to go to the next level. There is a powerful scripture that says “Promotion does not come from the east, west or south; it comes from our Heavenly Father” refer to [Psalm 75:6-7]
When an individual receives a promotion on his or her job it is generally due to how they have maintained a good work ethic. This individual usually stands out by going above and beyond what they are asked to do and know how to commit to the cause.
However when the Lord promotes you, he will open doors that will make others scratch their heads when you walk through them. God can create a position just for you. He can renew your mind spiritually and enhance your personal relationships to go to the next level.
TRANSITION TO TRANSFORMATION
Now it’s time for you to transform your mind, body and soul. The world needs your gift. People will benefit from your talents, skills and knowledge.
We have a duty to mankind and that is to make this world a better place for every generation that is to come. It begins with you when you allow yourself to go from transition to transformation mentally, physically, spiritually.
Lastly I want to encourage you to marinate on God’s word as you transform. This will keep you energized for the journey.
[Romans 12:2 ] “Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is-his good, pleasing and perfect will.” Embrace Transition and Transformation will bless your total outcome.
