I wanted to send a word of encouragement to you today and say Don't ever forget how God sees you. You're fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of our creator.
In God's eyes you are perfect just the way he formed you. Flaws and all you are beautiful Queens & Kings, sons & daughters. Knowing that you are enough begins with self love and accepting every part of your physical being.
Looking back on my life there were many times that I didn't think that I was good enough or pretty enough. I experienced verbal, physical & emotional abuse in my marriage which caused me to question my worth.
I learned like so many others how to mask my feelings & emotions in order to project a healthy relationship in public. I lived in a false reality for decades that was taking a toll on my mental and physical well being.
By the Grace of God & support of my children & family I overcame the odds that many people are still battling. My testimony is not unique, but rather very common.
That's why I became a Life, Relationship & Faith Coach. I am able to relate to, sympathize with and advise people that need support. My experiences are not who I am and neither are yours. We are not all the things we have been through, however we are better from them when we get the lesson.
Never forget that God LOVES you unconditionally & has plans for you to prosper. I want to remind you that you're a precious jewel and worth more than gold.
So hold your head up, square your shoulders and embrace the fact that you are unique, beautiful, loved & needed. You are Enough. Psalm 139:14 “I praise you because I am Fearfully and Wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.

Beautiful post! God is love and everything God makes is good, for so long I thought something was “wrong“ with me, treating myself as if I had an invisible illness! Now as an adult I am having to undue the belief of those thoughts because I know my Father way better to know, He don’t make trash! Struggling with body image issues; not feeling cute, ashamed of my skin, feeling empty but having love! The Lord is walking me out of that and I’m thankful for this reminder. God bless 🙏🏽💎
